IC permissions

Physical contact: Sure!
Intimate contact: Ask first so we can plot things out!

Mind control, similar: Not unless we've plotted something out prior, and preferably not in order to harm another player.
Fighting/injury: Go for it, but ask first if it'll be a serious injury!
Death: Ask so we can discuss!
Other: If there's something you want to do that isn't listed here, don't be afraid to ask!

Abilities

True sight: Able to see things supernaturally hidden from the eyes of normal people. Includes the spirits of Duel Monsters.
Protection from supernatural phenomena: Is unaffected by mass-affecting phenomena. Notable canon example includes retaining correct memories after numerous rewrites of history.
Real damage in duels: Damage dealt by Harald's cards in a Duel Monsters game becomes real.
Divine intervention: Seemingly-natural occurrences may occur to protect him from harm. Notable canon example includes Brave (another Rune Bearer) avoiding crashing into a rock pillar by the pillar being destroyed by a bolt of lightning.
Of note: These powers are given to him by his Rune Eye, a physical manifestation of his connection to his god, Odin. Presumably, should he lose access to either Odin or the Rune Eye itself, he will lose these abilities accordingly.

Trivia

Canon info: Here's his wiki link. His dub name is Halldor.
"Ragnavald": Harald doesn't have a canon last name since Yu-Gi-Oh! as a whole only gives its characters surnames about half of the time. In settings that would expect a last name to be used, I often give him the last name Ragnavald.
Languages: Harald is from Sweden and participates in a tournament in Japan. It's reasonable to assume that he's fluent in both Swedish and Japanese at the very least. I'll always be typing in English, though, of course!
